Since 1897 Nonino produces grappa at top level. But what are the success factors behind this enterprise?

At first view you see one of the most important factros, who works for Nonino is Nonino. No matter whether a family member, manager, distillation master… all are identifying themselves at 100% with the enterprise and are proud to work there. When anything has to be celebrated, it is elegant, international and much more. But despite all that it stays a family celebration.

The company goes in for quality without compromise. This starts at the selection of the suppliers for the most important raw material, the pomace. It continues with the quality of the raw material, without skin and kernels of the grapes it has to be. In the production instant processing is the superimposition, despite it is the most expensive method. This way ensures that a top product originates.

Also sustainability is an important theme, preservation of agriculture within the region and of local grape kinds, that were partly already threatened by extinction. In this mindset in 1975 the Premio Nonino came into being, a literature award, that meanwhile gained international attention and also already took in advance the literature Noble Prize.
